Through each individual's attendee profile the event team has visibility into many details about the attendee. At times there may be a need to attach a note about special conditions, issues, or other circumstances to a particular attendee. 

Add a note

From the Registration tab select the Attendees menu item. Click on the name of the attendee you want to add a note to in order to access their profile. Select "Notes," enter your note, and then click the "Post" button.

Tip: You are able to have nested conversation in Notes by replying directly to a posted Note. These can be used to internally track and resolve potential attendee issues - without having to leave Attendease.

Note: Keep in mind that once a Note is posted, it cannot be deleted.
